So, you feel that there is a problem, something that makes you not to feel good.
Describe it in words.
Use these small questions to refine it
Step 1
How do I feel?
Try to think or to write down your feelings. What are the first feelings that come in your mind? Write the first word that comes in your mind. Take a deep breath and go on. Ask yourself, how do I feel?
Step 2
Why I feel like this?
Try to go deeper, and explore the why. Why you have these feelings? From which point of your body do they come from?
Step 3
Who or what is involved in these feelings?
Who is involved in those feelings? Who is the creator, or what is creating them?
Step 4
Fill the empty space make one sentence below with the answers you gave to the above questions.
I have a problem: ………….(1)……………because ……………(2)……he/she/ it /they……………..
Can you see a need behind the sentence?
Step 5
What can I do to solve the problem?
What can I do to fulfill the need?
